What you'll do

  • Reports to Manager of Vendor Production Control
  • Responsible for maintaining the Base Maintenance vendor performance graphs and charts that measure both budget goals and accomplishments.
  • Responsible for the required analysis to track status and completion of all Heavy Check flows for accuracy. Analysis and reporting would focus on both the effectiveness of the organization to complete its mission and the inefficiencies of the groups and processes that hinder it.
  • Responsible for detail analysis of all vendor-generated non-routines to ensure ratios and discrepancies are consistent with level of maintenance performed and budgeted.
  • Perform ad hoc reporting and analysis to support senior management requirements.
  • Responsible for providing outsourced maintenance man-hours and span for each and every item for the annual HMV budget.

All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Must have at least 5 years aircraft maintenance experience
  • A&P required

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Formal training on Boeing and Airbus aircraft preferred.
  • Must have maintenance planning/programs/production control experience.
  • FAR 145 repair station experience.

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem resolution ability
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while dealing with disruptions and change
  • Computer literacy and spreadsheet proficiency a must. (Excel, Access, Word, Sceptre, etc.) Position will require setting up data bases to track man-hours and material.
  • Able to travel as required
