Position Summary:
As the Senior Manager of Supply Chain Planning, Analytics, and Systems, your primary responsibility will be to spearhead the development, implementation, and facilitation of activities aimed at enhancing the efficiency of our supply chain processes and systems. Your focus will be on optimizing the configuration of our ERP system, refining standard processes to boost customer satisfaction, reduce lead times, and ensure the availability of materials and labor. Your role will be pivotal in improving profitability and managing working capital.
A successful candidate will have a strong passion for data analysis, process improvement, and system optimization, coupled with a drive to challenge and improve the status quo. Your proactive and results-oriented approach, combined with your expertise in lean tools and processes, will be crucial in this role. A keen interest in nurturing people, refining processes, and enhancing systems is also essential.
This onsite role in Batavia, OH offers high visibility and cross-functional collaboration, providing you with the opportunity to drive both our short-term and long-term supply chain strategic objectives.
Work You’ll Do:
  • Oversee team's daily operations, establish standard work, and set achievable goals in line with business strategy.
  • Develop and execute Supply Chain System strategy and roadmap.
  • Ensure system data integrity and application.
  • Support the creation of consistent material planning processes and maintain BOM integrity.
  • Enhance supply chain systems to boost planning efficiency.
  • Implement flexible material processes & systems for risk visibility, safety stock levels, and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support supply chain priorities; lead projects to address gaps and seize opportunities.
  • Establish lean processes and promote continuous improvement through Lean Leadership techniques.
Basic Qualifications
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing, supply chain preferred
  • Working knowledge of Lean practices, including Daily Management, Standard Work, Kaizen, Heijunka, Poka-yoke, and Gemba
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to critically assess situations and logically create a framework with incomplete information
  • Ability to work in matrixed environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to effectively communicate with senior leadership
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Engineering, Science or Business.
