Responsibilities


Position Summary:

The Senior Manager, Order Fulfillment, manages the daily operation of Endo World, Sales Samples, Distribution, and Warehouse functions; including shipping and receiving, incoming material processing, packaging, material handling and storage, Order Fulfillment, and SRI/PCMS operational function through the strategic and technical planning for Order Fulfillment that will drive process improvements throughout the St. Louis Operations Center, along with maintaining proper inventory levels to support business requirements.

The primary success factor is to assure compliance with all Order Fulfillment protocols and procedures—to ensure customer satisfaction by meeting service level and response time objectives across all areas of responsibility, and to maintain Aesculap’s reputation as an ethical supplier of products and services.

Responsibilities: Essential Duties

  • Manages Order Fulfillment staff, including work schedules and daily workload.
  • Oversees the daily operations of all Endo World, Sales Samples, Distribution and warehouse functions, including order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, materials handling and storage, stock rotation, returns processing, packaging and labeling, and order fulfillment.
  • Manages operations function of SRI/PCMS team.
  • Coordinates the implementation of new systems for warehouse management, including carousel and conveyor operations, bar-coding and inventory control, and Order processing.
  • Maintains warehouse facility to ensure ISO compliance and most efficient material flow and control.
  • Manages periodic physical inventories.
  • Must comply with applicable ISO and FDA regulations as stated in Quality Manual
  • Must embody the Company’s Vision, Mission and Values
  • Other duties may be assigned

The targeted range for this role takes into account a range of factors that are considered when making compensation and hiring decisions; included but not limited to: skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The range provided is a reasonable estimate.


Target Based Range


$95,615 - $119,511

Qualifications


Expertise: Qualifications-Experience/Training/Education/Etc

Required:

  • BS/BA required
  • 5-7 years experience required
  • Working knowledge of Federal Express and UPS manifest systems
  • Knowledge of U.S. Customs import regulations required
  • MS Word and Lotus or Excel software experience required
  • Previous experience working with mainframe based warehouse management systems preferred
  • Experience working with floor plan design software a plus.
  • Working knowledge of SAP a plus
  • Language and mathematical skills; reasoning ability:
  • Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.
  • Mathematical Skills: Ability to apply advanced mathematical concepts such as exponents, logarithms, quadratic equations, and permutations. Ability to apply mathematical operations to such tasks as frequency distribution, determination of test reliability and validity, analysis of variance, correlation techniques, sampling theory, and factor analysis.
  • Reasoning Ability: Ability to define problems, collect date, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
