Our Corporate office is located off of White Rock Road in Rancho Cordova and is the main hub of our Human Resources team.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, organized HR Senior Analyst to join our growing team.

The Senior HR Analyst will spearhead in-depth compensation analysis, provide strategic Human Resources insights, and play a key role in the evolution of HR reporting and metrics. This role will administer activities related to payroll and the company benefits program, including leading and supporting leave and job modification requests. The Senior HR Analyst will be a subject matter expert and serve as the organization’s administrator with the company HRIS in conjunction with any other designated individuals.

  • Full time- Monday- Friday; hybrid position (in office & remote)

Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Human Resources, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in compensation analysis
  • Advanced knowledge of HRIS systems, data analysis tools, and exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Familiar with HIPAA/client confidentiality and personal rights.
  • Valid California Driver’s License

Preferred education and experience:
  • Master’s degree in a related field
  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR or SPHR certification
  • Prior experience running payroll
  • Experience managing leave and job modification requests

Salary: $76,000- $95,000

The posted pay range is a reasonable estimate that the organization believes in good faith it may pay for this particular job based on the circumstances at the time of posting. Pay may consider several factors including but not limited to internal equity, experience, specialty, training, hours/shifts worked, business need, and education. Pay ranges may be adjusted in the future depending upon many factors including business needs.
