A DAY IN THE LIFE OF THE DIRECTOR OF HUMAN RESOURCES
As the Sr. Director of Human Resources, you are the face of the team and will work with both leadership and employees on a daily basis. Using your human resources skills and in partnership with the VP of Human Resources, you will oversee the administration of human resource programs including, recruiting, retention, compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; and performance and talent management. In this hybrid position, you can work from home several days a week and will coordinate office days based on the needs of your customers (managers and employees) as well as meetings or events.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 10+ years of relevant and progressively responsible roles in human resources
- Minimum 5 years of human resource supervisory experience
- SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) credential
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proficiency with Dayforce or the ability to quickly learn the organization’s HRIS and talent management systems.
- Current hybrid work schedule (will need to work in different locations, Medford, Middleton, Marlborough, and Brockton as needed 20% of time; travel to other Innovive Health locations including Colorado and future expansion states may be required)
- Knowledge of payroll policies and procedures in Massachusetts (other states preferred).
- Healthcare sector experience
