In addition to having direct responsibility for one of the functional supply chain disciplines (i.e. – Planning, Fulfillment, Logistics, etc.), the Senior Manager of Supply Chain will facilitate and/or manage initiatives that span both the supply chain function and the organization in general. In their day-to-day role of managing a supply chain function, this individual will be accountable for operational execution, customer satisfaction and financial performance within their functional scope. In addition, the Senior Manager of Supply Chain will be called upon to leverage their unique skills (financial, operational, analytical) and business acumen to lead/support intra-supply chain or related cross-organizational initiatives.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead or manage a team or function within OTF’s Global Supply Chain organization.
- Establish, manage, and refine tools to support the delivery business’s product portfolio.
- Execute the daily, weekly, monthly operational process.
- Develop operational reports and data models to support the Functional Product and Business Leaders.
- Manage and/or support projects/initiatives both on a permanent and ad-hoc basis, aimed at ensuring solutions being developed are lean in nature, customer friendly, and on target (operationally and financially) to their stated objective.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
- NetSuite experience; similar ERP experience also considered (i.e. SAP, Oracle, Sage)
- Must have people management experience (Preferably, leading a team of 2+)
- 7 - 10 years cross-functional experience across multiple supply chain disciplines.
- 4 - 6 years direct experience in the supply chain discipline being assigned.
- Operational level problem solving skills
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Lean Six Sigma – Yellow Belt (preferred)
- LogicBroker experience (preferred)
REQUIRED SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Ability to work across multiple product lines and functional structures.
- Working knowledge of B2B and B2C supply chain operating models.
- Working knowledge of international trade compliance requirements
- Working knowledge of 3rd party or outsourced planning, fulfillment and logistics programs.
- Strong Interpersonal skills necessary to support multiple internal customers and global partners.
- Superior analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Operational level problem solving skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong Interpersonal/Management skills required, both direct and via span of influence.
