We are hiring for our client a Senior Human Resources Generalist, who will support the HR department in ensuring smooth and efficient business operations. The Sr. HR Generalist will have both administrative and strategic responsibilities, helping us to plan and administer important functions such as staffing, training and development, and compensation and benefits. This position is at their Kennesaw, Georgia facility.

RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Serve as a partner to the plant leadership team to provide guidance on human resource issues and on strategies to attract, develop, engage and retain the workforce.
  • Work with site leadership on disciplinary matters, disputes and investigations, performance and talent management, productivity, recognition initiatives, and training and development.
  • Lead full cycle recruitment efforts including posting open roles internally and externally, conducting interviews, presenting offers and conducting on-boarding and orientation. Maintains relationship with temporary agencies.
  • Ensure accurate entry of new hires into HRIS, E-Verify, ADP, Time clock, etc. and prepare new

hire files, and complete termination paperwork and coordinate exit interviews.

  • Act as first point of contact for employee questions, and support HR initiatives such as benefits

enrollment, audits, HRIS and time clock data integrity, internal communications, etc.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in an HR Generalist role, including at least 2 years in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication and ability to build partnerships at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good computer skills including MS Office; prior experience with HRIS or Applicant Tracking Systems preferred.
  • Able to accommodate a flexible schedule, as needed.
  • Must be bilingual, either in Spanish or Haitian Creole.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
