THE OPPORTUNITY The Senior Human Resources Information Systems and Data Analyst at Apps Associates is in charge of maintaining, updating, and Implementing changes In Oracle HCM. We have a people focus culture and Apps, therefore, delivering high caliber people experience in our People Operations Team is as important as the delivery of technical skills. The individual hired into this role will need to have the ability to understand business objectives and needs and translate it into the requirements needed for configuring appropriate solutions for various fields and workflows within the CORE HR functionality of the system. This role will partner with all members of People Operations and People Team, to understand our global system needs and products.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Support the daily operations, maintenance, and fine-tuning of HRIS consistently focusing on optimizing processes
- Update and upload required annual entry into Oracle HCM
- Main point of contact for system related questions and tickets
- Promptly and proactively address inquiries and resolve technical issues
- Liaise between business users and external Oracle system support teams, guiding the business when updates will occur and what impact the updates will have on business processes
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations, industry standards, and internal policies
- Understanding of and appropriate user security set up
- Assist in developing and implementing processes to streamline and automate workflow
- Translate objectives into workable features within Oracle HCM
- Gather data, prepare custom reports, automate reports, and analyze data with useful HR metrics and presentations
- Support integrations between HRIS and other systems
- Consistently test and validate to ensure accurate data and reporting
- Collaborate with internal partners, external vendors, upper management, and other regions to translate objectives into workable features within Oracle HCM
- Gather data, prepare custom reports, automate reports, and analyze data with useful HR metrics and presentations
- Prepare training material, guides, documentation and hands-on support for processes and workflows encompassing an employee life cycle from application to termination
- Support special projects and perform other related duties and projects as assigned
WHAT YOU NEED FOR THIS POSITION
- License, Certification and/or BA in Information Technology or related field
- An attitude of continuous improvement, optimization and increased efficiencies
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
- Minimum 3 years HRIS systems support experience with CORE HR experience
- Strong attention to detail
