Overview:

We're hiring a Senior Human Resources and Payroll Business Partner to join our HR Consulting team in Lansdale, PA. This position will transition to a hybrid model after the initial training period.

Responsibilities:
Provide HR consulting and Payroll processing/administration/implementation to our clients.

Perform HR Audits, HR Assessments, create Handbooks, update internal policies, Employee Trainings, etc.

Attend client and prospect meetings as required.

Attend Univest internal meetings as required.

Office administration including development of client Statements of Work, revenue tracking, billable hours tracking, etc.

Maintain and complete monthly HR and payroll billing for HRC division.

HR Client Consulting Duties (not limited to):
Work with the client’s CEO and/or executive team to meet organizational strategic business objectives.

Be a trusted advisor/extension of our client’s business in the areas of Human Resources and Payroll Administration.

Ensure client is HR Compliant

Provide Employee/Management Coaching

Provide HR Coaching and train the internal staff to increase HR knowledge, if applicable

Work with Manager/Supervisors directly on Employee Development

Work collaboratively with client’s benefit broker (when applicable).

FMLA Guidance

Handle EEOC claims and investigations.

Create and/or Maintain job descriptions.

Provide Organizational Development

Provide Employee Conflict Resolution/Employee Relations

Develop New Hire Orientation/On-boarding process for new hires.

Onboard all new hires and rehires.

Update employee personnel files/I-9’s and other HR documents to ensure compliance.

Develop Performance Management Process & Forms, conduct performance appraisals, if applicable.

Keep HRIS/Payroll System up to date with changes from the employer and employee.

Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, webinars, reviewing professional publications, and establishing personal networks.

Responsible for compliance with laws and regulations that apply to the position, including the Univest Code of Conduct

Perform other additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
College graduate or commensurate experience.

Minimum of 10 years HR business partner experience in Human Resource Consulting and Payroll processing.

HR and Payroll compliance knowledge required.

Excellent presentation, oral, and written communications skills.

Project management and computer skills, and strong customer relations skills.

Ability to act as a liaison between clients and variety of client vendors.

Build relationships with internal Univest departments.

Must thrive in an environment that requires setting priorities, organizing your day, multi-tasking, changing direction, and providing prompt follow-up.

Highly motivated.

Mathematical and analytical skills.

Knowledge of computers and Microsoft office programs.
