You'll Be A Great Fit if You-

  • Possess 6+ years of professional experience of full Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) within the Aerospace industry.
  • Have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, English, Technical Management, or a related field.
  • Have thorough understanding of federal acquisition process, government contracting principles, requirements and regulations, (e.g., FAR, DFAR, CMMC and contract specific flow-downs)
  • Enjoy collaborating on cross-functional teams in support of new programs and new product development.
  • Have global contract management experience with knowledge of international regulations.
  • Have excellent communication and computer skills, including Microsoft Office proficiency.

Additionally-

  • Are either open to relocating to South Florida (relocation assistance offered) or willing to commute onsite to Fort Lauderdale, FL 33315.

You'll Be An Even Better Fit If You Have-

  • A Juris Doctorate (Highly Preferred)
  • Possess Strong Experience with International Compliance/Export Controls (ITAR, EAR)
  • Hold a Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) Certification
  • Demonstrate proficiency in using either Oracle or INFOR specifically, or other ERP systems

As a Contracts Manager You Will-

  • Conduct end-to-end contract activities, working closely with customers, including, negotiation of terms, conditions, and pricing, and effective administration.
  • Skillfully conceptualize, edit, and refine responses, maintaining compliance with applicable regulations for US Government RFQs.
  • Conduct contract review meetings, coordinating with other departments to ensure compliance with customer requirements and ISO standards.
  • Assemble and submit proposal packages to customers, send follow up correspondence and address action items.
  • Develop program milestone schedules and ensure all deadlines are met.
  • Administer commercial quotes in the company's ERP system, participate in pricing meetings, and review purchase order terms and conditions.
  • Interface with Operations and supporting departments to ensure compliance with order flow down requirements, quality clauses, and optimal lead times.
  • Collaborate with the Engineering and Marketing departments on technical questions, customer needs, and program updates in furtherance of new business.
  • Provide program management support to Engineering and collect data items and reports for customer programs.
  • Monitor FEDBIZ requirements or other Aerospace databases for opportunities. Research industry trends, new Government and commercial opportunities.
  • Assist the Sales Team where needed, including answering invoice questions and responding to customer surveys.
  • Support, draft and update departmental procedures as needed.
