As a Senior Account Manager, you will manage the day-to-day activities of the accounts, which primarily includes relationship management, project management, budget management, and internal communication with the team across departments. You will also be responsible for working with clients to identify their needs and develop and implement both short and long-term strategic marketing plans to satisfy their goals.

Primary Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day activities of the accounts, inclusive of recurring client-facing meetings, delivery of regular reporting and presentations and coordination of internal teams
  • Lead partner initiatives including onboarding and launch plans, program design, performance analysis & optimization, business reviews and more
  • Work with clients to identify their needs and develop and implement both short and long-term strategic marketing plans to satisfy their objectives utilizing paid media (search, social, television, programmatic display, OTT media, etc.)
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and maximize client satisfaction.
  • Drive business development efforts to identify and pursue new opportunities for growth within the insurance industry. Review performance metrics and KPIs to track against client goals and company targets
  • Maintain ownership of client communication understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships
  • Provide client revenue and gross margin projections to management
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.

Work Experience & Education Requirements

  • 7+ years of work experience managing client relationships in the performance marketing industry
  • Proven experience developing and understanding strategies for paid search, paid social, email, SEO, content, and organic social
  • Extremely organized and meticulous, as you will manage many campaigns simultaneously
  • Working knowledge of Ringba call tracking platform or similar system a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills both in-person and virtually
  • Demonstrated understanding of performance marketing and paid media
  • Ability to multi-task and manage several projects
  • Strong project management skills
  • Good analytical skills
  • Technically savvy
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
