Job Summary
Wholesale Account Executives are responsible for recruiting and maintaining wholesale and correspondent relationships with mortgage brokers, community banks, and credit unions. This role educates and assists loan officers in the generation and set-up of loans.
Job Duties
Develop and maintain relationships with mortgage brokers, community banks, and credit unions to ultimately secure agreements for correspondent/Third Party Originator (TPO) partnerships
Assist in teaching originators focused on traditional and reverse mortgage business how to identify and originate mortgage products
Train Loan Officers how to navigate their database and educate their business-to-business (B2B) partners to solicit loans
Identify and on-board new wholesale and correspondent relationships
Assist in all aspects of setting up the loan and working with the LAM to provide status updates to partners
Maintain contact with approved brokers, community banks, and credit unions.

Work Environment
This role operates in a professional, yet flexible, work environment with the possibility of occasional travel. This role will require the use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, headsets, photocopy machines, fax machines, etc.
Minimum Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
Experience using Google product suite
4 (+) years of mortgage industry experience
2 (+) years sales experience
1 (+) years experience in account management
Experience with pipeline management
Preferred Qualifications
6 (+) years of mortgage industry experience
4 (+) years sales experience
Familiarity with CRM’s
3 (+) years experience in account management
