This hands-on position is responsible for managing all aspects of assigned aircraft projects this includes inspecting, servicing, repairing, and troubleshooting aircraft seats, components, and systems.

Responsibilities of this position include:
- Accept full ownership of assigned projects from pre-planning to delivery of aircraft projects
- Manage projects by scheduling and assigning work for team members and monitoring day-to-day activities of team members for compliance and quality performance.
- Oversee, complete, and maintain accurate & timely aircraft and project documentation
- Inspect the seats, interior trim/panels for function, damage and quality from beginning of the project to installation to the completion.
- Support, maintain, and comply with all environmental, health, safety, federal, OSHA, state and local regulations.
- Assist in professional and on job training for all team members, keeping updated records of training requirements met and needed
- Performs other duties as assigned

- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Excellent workmanship aptitude and a desire to initiate improvements
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
Other requirements include:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to attain and retain AOA badge or Airport requirements
- Cabinetry, Finish, or Paint experience preferred
- Must possess minimum tooling required to perform duties assigned
- Thorough knowledge of FARs 43, 91, 135, 145
- Five plus years Aircraft seat refurbishment experience necessary
- Previous leadership role and supervisory experience necessary
