Position Overview:
4AllPromos is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our clients, understanding their promotional needs, and providing solutions to help them achieve their marketing goals. Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and providing personalized service.
- Proactively reach out to clients to understand their promotional needs and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of orders and delivery of products.
- Stay informed about industry trends, product offerings, and competitor activities to better serve clients and drive sales.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and presentations to clients, showcasing our products and services.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to maximize profitability while meeting their budgetary requirements.
- Track sales activity and maintain accurate records using our CRM system.
- Resolve client issues and concerns in a prompt and professional manner.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in sales, account management, or customer service roles preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
