What we're looking for:

We want our rehab specialist to come in with experience and be confident in executing care plans with patients independently.

Responsibilities:

- Apply treatment plans as directed by Doctor
- Assist in the implementation of treatment plans under the supervision of licensed therapists
- Set up and prepare treatment areas and equipment for therapy sessions
- Monitor and document patient progress during therapy sessions
- Provide assistance to patients with mobility, transfers, and exercises
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of therapy areas
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members

Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively in a team environment
- Basic understanding of anatomy and physiology
- Physical stamina and ability to lift/move patients as needed
- Attention to detail and ability to accurately document patient information
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and patient needs

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week

Schedule:

• Day shift
• No nights
• No weekends

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus opportunities
