ICI is accepting resumes for a Regional Account Manager position. We are looking for technically qualified, highly self-motivated individuals who can work independently and manage the maintenance and service of a group of customers assigned to them. The ability to perform emergency service calls efficiently and effectively on unfamiliar equipment is required; honesty, proficiency, and good work ethic are essential.

Job Summary:
This position is part of our Rocky Mountain Industrial team focusing on the development of new and existing local and regional accounts; and responsible for promoting and selling our offerings within an assigned territory. The Account Manager and business development Professional is responsible to build an understanding of our ideal client and ideal project scope in order to qualify a growing database of clients, contacts, and opportunities. Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers from prospective clients and provide introduction to appropriate team members based on related scope of work. Support and develop strong, long-term relationships with new clients to find, track, and win project opportunities that aligns with the business.
Experience/Education Requirements:
- Minimum three years’ experience working in customer service or sales role with proven relationship-building skills and commitment to customer service.
- Industrial Construction, Engineering, or field experience, including mechanical systems knowledge (boilers, piping, structural) preferred.
- Well-developed communications skills: oral, written and presentation.
- Proficiency with computer applications including MSOffice; Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Experience with development and maintenance of Customer Relations Management system, opportunity tracking and reporting; preferred.
- Valid state drivers’ license with ability to schedule local and regional travel up to job sites and client locations.

- Safely manage and support all operations in accordance with company policy and procedures.
- Collect business intelligence, identify, prioritize, and target the most attractive business opportunities; establish relationships with new clients and foster relationships with existing clients.
- Review and understand each current Industrial contract to better understand the current landscape and opportunities for improvement with new and existing customers.
- Build opportunities from existing accounts and increase “pull through” opportunities by providing connections and information that bring additional business to us.
- Gather information about Construction and Maintenance opportunities/leads, qualify the opportunity and identify key personnel for initial interaction.
- Assist in review and/or preparation of proposals for customer review and acceptance; solicit quantitative and qualitative feedback to understand customer intent.
- Execute and follow-up on all outstanding proposals.
- Be part of our business resource sales organization; continually participate in the improvement of our sales reach and processes.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Environment:
- Travel is estimated at 50% minimum.
- Territory includes clients in the regional areas between Pueblo, CO and Gillette, WY
- Remote work within region.
- Home business office, leadership and team in Mountain View, WY

- Primarily a stationary position for full days / portions of the day (sitting and/or standing). The person in this position moves about inside the office to access file cabinets, operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.
- While performing the duties of this job in the field, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to touch, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. Walking includes moving within a project site, including uneven surface/ground.
- The employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- Must be able to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders via face to face, conference calls, and online meetings.
- Ability to drive extended distances to customer sites.
- Ability to stay overnight while visiting project sites, sales calls, attending meetings, etc.
- The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
- Must be able to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in plant and/or customer environments. PPE required when in the plant, yard, customer, or construction areas include:
- Hard Hat
- Safety Glasses / Goggles
- Steel-toed Boots
- High Visibility Vest
- Hearing Protection (designated areas)
- Gloves
- Personal Fall Arrest Harness
