The Recruiter/HR Assistant will work closely with the HR Manager and will focus on Recruitment with specific emphasis on recruiting caregivers, transitioning new hires within Visiting Angels-Doylestown & Lansdale and developing/implementing a progressive, proactive recruitment action plan.
Essential Functions (The duties and responsibilities described below do not represent a comprehensive list for this position. Additional tasks may be assigned from time to time as necessitated by the business demands)
- Working together as a team to understand the recruitment needs and coming up with a recruitment plan based on these needs
- Evaluate and maintain any essential hiring platforms and/or advertising platforms
- Conduct competitive analysis surveys of wages, benefit offerings, incentives, etc...
- Maintain job ads on all hiring and/or advertising platforms
- Conduct cold calls and phone screenings of potential candidates/applicants
- Schedule and conduct virtual or in-person onboardings of any qualified candidates, following them through, ensuring a smooth onboarding process
- Send and/or assist the candidate with any onboarding/employment paperwork
- Maintain professionalism and serve as a strong representative to uphold the business, brand, and reputation
- Assisting in answering general incoming office calls and always greeting the public when necessary
- Maintain absolute confidentiality of all information pertaining to potential employees, employees, clients, and client’s families
Requirements
- Experience working as a Recruiter or in Human Resources, Healthcare related field preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle is required
- Must be a team player
- Must be able to be on-call one week per month (Monday-Friday after hours and Saturday and Sunday all day)
- Ability to work full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:30am until 5pm in Doylestown

Pay: $35,000.00 - $38,000.00 per year
