Pratt R&D Engineer (Entry Level)
Job Description
Pratt R&D is focused on the development of new products and technologies to advance the capabilities of Pratt Industries to serve their customer base across a wide range of industries. From paper production to complex thermal packaging and beyond, Pratt is constantly pushing the boundaries to discover new solutions to age-old problems. With the expansion of the new product development cold chain testing lab, a qualified engineer is needed.
R&D Engineering Job Responsibilities:
This is a salaried position that includes a monthly bonus structure. The hours are 8:30-5:30 with a one-hour lunch break, 5 days per week (40 hours). Some weekend and weekday overtime as needed to meet critical deadlines. Pratt has a culture of moving fast and working in teams to achieve goals.
