What we need:
The Quality Technician is responsible for the testing and evaluation of new products under development and existing products. Tests are primarily designed to measure functional performance characteristics of adhesives and polymeric materials. Responsibilities include writing test plans, maintaining the lab equipment, materials, and maintenance of quality records. Upon completion of testing, responsibilities include documenting test results, data analysis and communicating results to the engineering team. Quality Technicians also support continuous improvement efforts, management of customer complaints and facilitation of corrective actions.
