As the Quality Supplier Manager within Sourcing & Supply Chain, you will coordinate the internal process flow to support the overall suppliers operational performance. You make sure that internal stakeholders deliver and execute according to the established common agreements. Supervised by an experienced Quality Supplier Manager you will develop your skillset further, having the possibility to grow into a Quality Supplier Manager role.
As Quality Supplier Coordinator you work together with the Quality Supplier Managers to improve the operational performance of a selected number of key suppliers. Your main role will be to internally coordinate the quality process flow while having the focus on following up non-conformities for both managed and non-managed accounts under the supervision of an experienced Quality Supplier Manager. Main focus areas: Supplier quality performance & compliance, quality process optimization & continuous improvement, and enable accelerated learning.
While using your knowledge in quality management, analytical thinking, professional network and excellent people skills, you will be responsible for the following:
Support actively the Quality Supplier Managers on daily tasks within the supplier quality management.
Be the Quality operational interface between the supplier and ASML, working closely with suppliers and ASML Stakeholders to find structural solutions to Material Quality Non-Conformities.
Report on a weekly and monthly basis to the QSM and SAT team, about the supplier performance (MQP, RCA, CT, CAS).
Coordinate & Collaborate & Communicate with internal ASML stakeholders to effectively keep the MN process within control while having in focus the Category KPI's accuracy & correctness
Deviation notification handling
Configuration management (troubleshooting)
Supplier complaint management (Coordination 8t follow-up)
Supplier Q performance monitoring
Escalating structural issues to QSM/D&E
Warranty Q settlements
Preparation of cross sectoral complaint meetings
Initiation of continuous improvement ideas to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our internal processes
Ensure supplier compliance to ASML processes and procedures
Bachelors degree in engineering (industrial, electrical, mechanical, chemical or Optical).
A minimum of 2 years of quality assurance & quality Control experience in a manufacturing environment (mass or low volume).
Excellent knowledge of problem solving technics (8D's, 5why, Ishikawa, A3), while having the appropriate skills (Active listening, Analysis, Research, Creativity, Communication, Decision-making) to effectively reach the end goal.
Experience in Quality Improvement & Operational Excellence in manufacturing environment
Experience in complex work environment with multiple stakeholders
Familiar working with SAP, MS Office, MS Outlook, Sharepoint
Knowledge of Quality Core tools (FMEA, SPC, MSA..etc)
To be able to perform on this function, you will need to have excellent people skills, have very good analytical skill hence you will be mainly responsible for the following.
Quality Assurance:
Improve process adherence by internal stakeholders by driving execution of existing, as well as triggering internal actions for changes in product or process design to eliminate Material Notification (MN's) and Deviation Notifications (DN's).
Quality Compliance:
Ensure suppliers make use of ASML designed systems (e.g. SAP, Supplier Q-portal, DAM, N-tier change management..etc) by coaching and training to achieve full adherence.

This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. The current base annual salary range for this role is currently $68,625-$114,375. Pay scales are determined by role, level, location and alignment with market data. Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of several factors that that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, relevant education and experience, certifications, abilities of the candidate and pay relative to other team members.
