We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Specialist to join our team. The Quality Specialist will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards through the implementation and maintenance of quality systems and processes. This role requires a strong understanding of quality management principles and experience in quality assurance and inspection.
```Duties```
- Develop and implement quality assurance procedures and processes
- Conduct inspections and tests to ensure product compliance with specifications
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for quality issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related problems
- Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics
- Conduct internal audits to assess compliance with quality standards
- Provide training on quality systems and procedures
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in quality assurance
```Requirements```
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in quality related role
- Strong knowledge of quality management principles, including HACCP, QA/QC, CGMP
- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and coordinate measuring machines
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
