Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Manager to join our team. As a Quality Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards and comply with all relevant regulations. You will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving our quality management systems.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure product quality and compliance with industry standards
- Conduct regular quality audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish quality goals and objectives
- Oversee the implementation of quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) programs
- Monitor and analyze production processes to identify potential quality issues and recommend solutions
- Conduct thorough inspections of finished products to ensure they meet customer specifications
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to quality management
- Train and educate employees on quality systems, processes, and procedures
- Investigate customer complaints or non-conformance issues to determine root causes and implement preventive measures
- Ensure compliance with CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices), HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point), FDA regulations, and other applicable standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Quality Management, Engineering, or related discipline)
- Proven experience as a Quality Manager or similar role in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles, practices, and methodologies
- Familiarity with quality inspection techniques, including statistical process control (SPC)
- Excellent understanding of quality systems such as ISO 9001
- Proficient in using quality management software tools
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
