Innovive is a consistently growing manufacturing company serving the biomedical research community. The Quality Inspector contributes to the success of Innovive through controlling the quality of products and processes that support our client base. This position requires attention to detail and the ability to think critically while inspecting incoming goods, performing quality checks, and other quality related tasks. This full time position will report to the Quality Assurance Supervisor to ensure all products meet quality standards.

Position Responsibilities:

• Assist with creating Standard Operating Procedures on new processes

• Perform inspections on all incoming goods according to Quality Control Plan and Engineering drawings provided

• Review GMP/GLP and company standards regularly to insure compliance

• Lead quality audits of each manufacturing area

• Manage quarantine area and segregate all non-conforming products

• Perform and record daily quality checks of production lines

• Assist with other quality initiatives as directed by Quality Assurance Supervisor and/or Quality Manager

• Maintain documentation and control locations of hazardous materials

Qualifications & Skills:

• Attention to detail

• Background in engineering, mathematics, or other sciences are a plus

• Ability to utilize basic tools such as calipers, pin gauges, MagnaMike

• Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office

• Safely operate an electric pallet jack

Education & Experience Requirements:

• Experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings

• Experience or training in Hazmat is a plus

• Familiarity with cGMP or FDA regulations

• 2 years of relevant experience preferred but not required.

• Experience working with Google Suite is a plus.
