An automotive parts manufacturing company near the New Lebanon, OH area is looking for a Quality Engineer. The ideal candidate will have experience in Customer Quality within the automotive industry.

This is a full-time position with excellent benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401 (K), paid holidays & vacation.

This position also comes with straight OT after 40hours.

Responsibilities:

· Support Warranty activities

· Support continual improvement activities

· Monitor and report cost of poor quality metrics

· Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving activities

· Take part in supplier audits

Qualifications:

· Associate/Bachelor degree in a technical field or equivalent experience required

· Experience in Customer Quality preferred

· Experience in manufacturing quality assurance

· Experience with ADQP, PPAP

· Experience with IATF 16949 or ISO 9001

This position includes manufacturing and warehousing work environment. While performing the duties of this job you may be required to intermittently sit, stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds, lift in excess of 25 pounds with a lift assist, climb stairs, use hands to handle or feel parts/equipment, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend at the waist, talk and hear.
