Employment Information

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Engineer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of products and processes meet industry standards and regulations.

This team is in charge of programming the inspections, parameter files set up. Good computer skills/knowledge, setting up LET, changes/adjusting LET and troubleshooting issues that arise. Use the specs and share that information to develop counter measures.

This position is responsible for quality tool maturation in our frame & vehicle quality department through understanding of upcoming new model technology and its impact to factory and processes.

What would stand out? Troubleshooting and reporting, good experience finding root cause of issues.

Minimum Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or similar experience - open if they have relevant experience in leu of the degree

Minimum Experience

  • Experience in manufacturing and/or automotive troubleshooting preferred

Other Job-Specific Skills

  • Strong Root Cause Analysis experience
  • Experience with programming languages - programming language that shows the logical mindset for this position (PLC preferred, SQL, python, VDA, etc.)
  • Reading and understanding electrical drawings & specifications
  • Microsoft Office Suite proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
