Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards to ensure product quality meets or exceeds customer expectations.
  • Conduct inspections and tests on incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to identify defects and deviations from specifications.
  • Analyze quality data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Lead root cause analysis investigations and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence of quality issues.
  • Develop and maintain quality documentation, including inspection reports, non-conformance reports, and quality records.
  • Provide training and support to production personnel on quality procedures and requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Proven experience in quality engineering or quality assurance roles.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems and tools (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma, FMEA).
  • Experience with quality inspection techniques and equipment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $78,107.47 - $94,064.91 per year
