Employment Information
  • Pulls products from all incoming, produced, and outgoing products/preforms evaluation using testing standards.
  • Prepares gradations and reports with test results and interpretation for review by senior personnel.
  • Performs laboratory analysis, prepares reports on test results, survey company grounds running inspection rounds and product weight evluations and corrections.
  • Applies understanding tolernaces and production standards directed by management.
  • Perform equipment repair requirements and calibration checks on all Quality Control Equipment.
  • Performs laboratory testing and necessary training in the testing procedures.
  • Performs basic analytical testing with progressive learning of new test procedures and data interpretation.
  • Maintains data per company standards.
  • Utilizes good laboratory practices and ensures work is complete to required standard.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasks.
  • Set up and manage project files on computer/ compiles data averages.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE

2-3 Experience in Quality Control in similar industry.
Understand industry regulations and standards, familiar with best practices.
Proficient in Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and advanced abilities with Excel.

TALENTS & COMPENTENCIES

Strong math, typing, and computer skill, experience in Oracle NetSuite (a plus).
Excellent communication, research, problem solving, and time management skills.
High level of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability. Attention to detail.
Ability to build relationships with internal departments.
