Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Technician to join our team. As a Quality Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. You will be responsible for conducting inspections, collecting data, and analyzing results to identify areas for improvement. Responsibilities:
- Perform quality inspections on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products
- Utilize precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers to ensure accurate measurements
- Conduct visual inspections to identify any defects or non-conformities
- Collect and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Conduct quality audits to ensure compliance with ISO regulations and company standards
- Fabricate test samples or prototypes for analysis
- Maintain accurate documentation of inspection results and quality records
Requirements:
- Previous experience in quality inspection or related field preferred
- Ability to read blue prints/technical drawings
- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments such as calipers
- Ability to analyze data and identify trends or patterns
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- High level of accuracy and precision in work
