We are seeking a meticulous Quality Control Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for maintaining quality standards in manufacturing processes.

This position is responsible for providing support to the quality assurance function including inline, incoming and outgoing inspection, documentation, Corrective Action and Preventative Action (CAPA) follow-up and implementation. In addition, this position will be responsible for training documentation and working with employees to ensure production processes meet industry standards.

Duties for this position include:

• Monitor incoming and outgoing inspection for non-conformances

• Document non-conformances and follow up and implement recommended corrective actions

• Fulfill documentation and reporting requirements for the Quality Management System

• Ensure production processes meet industry standards

• Follow up on the implementation of quality improvement activities

• Perform other administrative functions to support the QA department

• Ability to work a flexible schedule on occasion including overtime and weekends if required

To qualify for this position employees must:

· Be in good standing with the company and have a minimum of three months of service.

• High School diploma, some college preferred or equivalent education.
• 1-3 years experience working in related field and work experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook required.
• Strong attention to detail and an ability to be well organized is required..
• Excellent communication skills and an ability to work with individuals over the phone and via electronic communication is a must.
• Ability to take initiative and solve problems a must

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
