Aircraft Inspector

LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking Inspectors with experience inspecting commercial aircraft in Goodyear, AZ.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

The Aircraft Inspector completes evaluations of aircraft, engines and components to determine their condition against established standards and performs inspections of work completed by Aircraft Maintenance Technicians (AMT) to verify compliance with approved data. They perform work within budgeted time and within FAA and customers’ standards of quality. The Aircraft Inspector is responsible for the effectiveness of inspection function, ensuring compliance with FAA Regulations and Customer requirements, and meeting customer quality expectations.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• 3+ years of aircraft inspection experience is preferred.
• Current A&P license required.
• Must have copies of past General Familiarization courses participated in.
• Must be willing to perform other functions and duties as assigned by managers and supervisors.
• Must be willing to work any shift.
• Must be willing to work overtime (as requested).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the job site.
• US citizenship or permanent resident alien status is required.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Compensation

Our company offers a competitive compensation package with a per diem structure. Employees residing fifty or more miles from the job site receive a weekly payment of $1540 for forty hours worked. For those residing within fifty miles of Goodyear, AZ, the pay rate is $16.50 per hour. Must be able to provide proof of residency.
