We are seeking a meticulous Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure that our products meet the highest quality standards through meticulous inspection and testing processes.
Responsibilities:
--Must have Secret Clearance--
-Five (5) years of experience with metrics and internal controls for Civilian
Pay, Military Pay, Travel Pay and Disbursing for the Department of Air Force.
- Experience at the service secretariat level for financial operations metric
development coordinating inputs from installations and MAJCOMs
- Experience as MAJCOM/FIELDCOM Quality Assurance Manager, responsible
for developing and managing MAJCOM/FLDCOM quality assurance program.
-Experience writing and establishing process guides for auditor evaluation of
service FM and QA-related processes.
-Experience with oversight of service-level FM data analytics, metrics, quality
assurance policy, continual evaluations program, and helpdesk support.
- Experience supporting congressionally mandated Payment Information
Integrity Act (PIIA) program requirements, including Post Pay Review to ensure
the service provides documentation to support payments and overpayments are
recovered.
-Experience with service-level fraud prevention program and conducting
training to service personnel for Fraud Prevention Program
Desired additional qualifications:
-Three (3) years of experience working in service secretariat-level QA
SharePoint environment.
-Associate Member, Association of Certified Fraud Examiners
-Experience investigating cases of suspected service-level fraud in Financial
Management.
