Employment Information

Experience:

  • 3+ years related experience in a manufacturing environment. Rotary Die Cut or Continuous Web Converting Industry experience is a plus.
  • Experience related to Design Control, Document Control, Nonconforming Material, and MRB processes in the context of an ISO 9001 (or equivalent) compliant Quality Management System is required.
  • Good working knowledge of the ISO 9001:2015 standard is required. Understanding and knowledge of higher-level regulatory standards (FDA QSR, ISO 13485, AS9100, etc.) is a plus.
  • Well-versed in statistical analysis, root cause analysis, complaint investigation techniques, corrective action planning, and corrective action verification assessment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook. The ability to chart and trend statistical relationships in Excel is a plus.
  • Must have strong written and oral communication skills.

Education: Bachelors' degree or equivalent in Quality Management or related field (i.e., Mechanical, Biomedical, Plastics, or Chemical) is preferred. May substitute equivalent experience in place of education.

Job Summary:

The Quality Supervisor shall establish, document, implement and maintain the integrity of the quality management system by strengthening its effectiveness following identified standards and will be the first-line contact with all regulatory agencies. Will guide the leadership team in the assurance of compliance and meeting the industry's best practices. Responsible for regulatory compliance, training, facilitation of sponsor and regulatory audits/inspections and drives the company's quality initiatives. Leads training and development of all quality personnel and affected departments, as well as the development, implementation, and maintenance of the Quality Management System. Leads and collaborates with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain personnel in root cause analysis, corrective action planning and verification, complaint investigations, nonconformance evaluation and processing, and MRB actions and approval.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $67,000.00 per year
