What You Will Do:
Job Summary
The Technology Analyst develops automated testing plans to address business requirements, ensuring system scalability, security, performance and reliability. The focus of this role would be on the development side with main emphasis on the concepts of efficiently designing and implementation of automated testing. Work with IS Team to create/implement plans to improve existing testing models and structure the automation with the design pattern that will help the system for improved performance. Generally, has in-depth knowledge and expertise of database technologies, automated testing in Azure DevOps (TFS/VSTS) and system analysis skills. Willingness to learn new technologies that can help improve the current system.
Job Duties:
- Creating, executing, and maintaining automated test scripts for web services
- Creation and execution of manual and automated test scripts for web-based and windows-
- based applications
- Front and back-end testing, using SQL queries
- Create clear and accurate test cases and defects
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical people, both oral and written
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, strongly preferred
- Programming or automation experience using C#, Java or python
- Experience in writing SQL statements
- Demonstrates accuracy, thoroughness, and attention to detail
- Dedicated to release of quality products
Success Profile

- Experience with automation tools a plus
- Ability to work in a team environment and be a team-player, yet also be self-motivated
- Ability to overcome test cycle obstacles

- Aptitude to learn new skills and complex applications
- Understanding of test life cycle and testing techniques
EXPERIENCE: 2 plus years of experience in Cloud automation, experience in a similar role with demonstrated relationship building skills resulting in traceable, measurable, impactful results; understands the software development lifecycle as well as agile methods used to deliver software solutions; experience working in team environments and implementing organizational change.
COMMUNICATION SKILLS: Excellent verbal and written communication and facilitation skills required.
TRAVEL: Primarily interfacing with team at the Corporate Office in Indianapolis, Indiana. Four trips per year may apply as the role interfaces with teams that provide services in the field with our customers.
PREFERRED APPLICATION EXPERIENCE: Azure, DevOps, Cloud-based solutions, Business Intelligence, Enterprise Data Lake, MS Office, PowerBI, Data Factory, Data Bricks.
