Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Project Manager, Facilities and Procurement, to join our team on site in Chantilly, VA.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Manage a support team that provides administrative and logistical support for customer facilities moves/adds/changes and the deployment of hardware, peripherals, and software for domestic and OCONUS customer sites.
- Establish initial cost estimates, equipment needs and propose budgetary costs for the domestic and OCONUS customer site move/add/change projects.
- Manage all hardware procurements, budget tracking and shipments for the domestic and OCONUS customer site move/add/change projects.
- Project future hardware, peripheral, and software needs on an annual, quarterly, or as-needed basis in accordance with customer procurement schedules.
- Provide cost analysis and forecasts based on projected hardware, software, and peripherals deployment schedules.
- Produce and maintain specific reports relating to levels of spares and availability of equipment to support deployment efforts.
- Gather and submit equipment requirements for all hardware, software, and peripherals deployed at customer sites to meet testing and specific application requirements.
- Submit hardware, software, peripherals, and COTS software requisitions to the customer for procurement based on projected needs and deployment, move, add, and change schedules.
- Recommend, schedule, and oversee equipment freight deliveries to customer sites according to deployment, move, add, and change schedules.
- Oversee and fulfill requests for equipment from customer sites to issue new or replace defective equipment via ServiceNow and other applications.
- Supply, monitor, and forecast scheduled preventive maintenance and repair parts to customer sites.
- Oversee the tracking of shipping, receipt and installation records for customer equipment at customer locations via ServiceNow and other applications.
- Coordinate, track and manage the RMA process for defective equipment during deployment and installation efforts.
- Manage and maintain customer hardware inventory records for domestic and OCONUS customer sites.
Basic Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in supporting global facilities moves/adds/changes for large government agency.
- 5+ years experience in federal agency procurement activities (e.g. quarterly, annual, ad-hoc forecasting and ordering) of hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated initiative, sound judgment, effective decision-making.
- Experience in Customer Service.
- Experience using Microsoft 365 productivity tools.
- Occasional travel (up to 25%) to customer sites domestic and internationally.

Clearance Requirements:
- Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to remain in stationary position for up to 50% of the time.
- Must be able to deliver clear and effective communication both verbally and non-verbally to deliver updates; briefings; or interface with co-workers; leadership as well as customer.
- Must be able to work in an office environment and be able to freely move within this space to utilize office equipment as well as interface with co-workers and customer.
- Must be able to effectively use IT peripherals such as laptop, desktop, printer, fax machine, etc.
- Must be able to deliver presentations as needed.
- Must be able to review; decipher and understand program manuals; IT service requests; work orders; etc.
