At Home Perfect Exteriors, we specialize in roofing & transforming homes. We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Production Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

-Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish

- Coordinate and communicate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers

- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets

- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications

- Monitor progress and make adjustments as necessary

- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards

- Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders

- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and progress

- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction

Requirements:

- Previous construction experience is preferred

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Ability to lift 80lbs

- Ability to climb on roofs periodically

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
