```Duties```
- Oversee and manage the production process, ensuring efficiency and productivity
- Develop and implement strategies to improve production processes and reduce costs
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain management and ensure timely delivery of materials
- Train and supervise production staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control standards
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to streamline operations and eliminate waste
-Schedule and manage construction jobs
```Experience```
- Proven experience in production management or a related field
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and process improvement methodologies
- Familiarity with supply chain management and operations management concepts
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Mechanical knowledge and understanding of production equipment and processes
- Ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams and motivate employees
