How you will make a difference in this role:
As the Production Manager, you will be responsible for managing operations in a print production environment by directing staff, production deadlines, budgets, and contracts. You will monitor the quality of completed products, consult with clients and support staff, compile reporting metrics, research market trends, and develop job performance plans. You will provide performance feedback and developmental guidance for assigned subordinates to ensure their growth. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
This position reports to the Production Assistant Director. The position works in the Tennessee Tower in Downtown Nashville and has an on-site work schedule with a monthly starting salary of $3,958 – $4,958 (determined by experience).
