Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Production Manager with a minimum of 3 years experience with insurance restoration to oversee production. The Production Manager will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of production, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely delivery of products. MUST be able to get on roofs.

Duties:
- Plan, organize, and coordinate production jobs from start to finish
- Monitor and control production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards
- Develop and implement production schedules, ensuring optimal utilization of resources
- Train and supervise production staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
- Prepare reports on production performance, including key metrics such as output, efficiency, and quality

Experience:

MUST have minimum of 3 years experience with insurance restoration work

MUST have experience in Xactimate

MUST know how to read insurance Paperwork

MUST have knowledge in IRC Codes

MUST be able to get on roofs from time to time

MUST have knowledge in construction
