Black Pearl Management is seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of Landscape Projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing production supervisors and teams, ensuring efficient workflow, and meeting quality standards. This role also involves training employees and maintaining high safety standards. Responsibilities

• Develop project plans, schedules, and timelines for landscape projects.
• Coordinate with design and sales teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Lead and supervise production teams, including field crews and subcontractors.
• Conduct regular team meetings, provide guidance, and foster a collaborative work environment.
• Establish and enforce quality standards for all landscape installations.
• Efficiently allocate resources, including labor, equipment, and materials, to meet project requirements.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations on all job sites, in the yard, and driving between sites.
• Collaborate with the finance team to develop and manage project budgets.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to provide project updates and address concerns.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management, preferably in the landscaping industry.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations in the landscaping industry.
• Experience in budget management and cost control.

Compensation

$75k+ Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
