Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Production Manager to oversee our manufacturing processes and ensure efficiency in production. The ideal candidate will have expertise in operations management, supply chain logistics, and production planning.
Duties:
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands
- Manage and optimize production processes to enhance productivity
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow
- Utilize lean manufacturing principles to improve operational efficiency
- Supervise plant operations and monitor equipment performance
- Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards
- Collaborate with the engineering team to fabricate new products
- Utilize MRP systems for inventory control and material planning
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Proven experience in plant management and production planning
- Strong mechanical knowledge to oversee manufacturing processes
- Proficiency in supply chain management and operations optimization
- Familiarity with MRP systems for material requirements planning
- Excellent leadership skills to guide production teams effectively
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
