Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to join our DreamGro division. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in managing production processes independently, demonstrating a keen ability to oversee all aspects of production seamlessly. This role demands a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can navigate the intricacies of manufacturing and ensure the timely delivery of exceptional products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently manage the production process from inception to completion, minimizing the need for direct supervision from divisional leadership.
• Conduct comprehensive approvals for all stages of production, ensuring adherence to quality standards and brand specifications.
• Implement efficient production tracking systems to monitor progress and identify areas for optimization.
• Facilitate timely and accurate factory payments, maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and negotiating favorable terms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align production schedules with sales forecasts and market demand.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and streamline production workflows.
• Maintain accurate records of production output and quality control.
• Ensure that all products meet quality standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
