**Job Summary:**

The main objective as Production Manager is logistics, customer satisfaction, and monitoring subcontractors installation. Jobs are typically Monday - Friday anywhere between 6am - 8pm. There is a Project Manager under this role to help with onsite supervision and keep both within an 8 hour work day. Some Saturdays will be required as weather is the biggest factor in roofing. There may be days or weeks where there are no projects able to be completed due to weather which will increase work loads on other weeks. This job is remote when weather is bad and on job sites otherwise (jobs are typically around metro-Atlanta but tend to be North and NorthWest of the Perimiter).

**Responsibilities:**

• Ensure all components are installed to meet warranty standards and assist with registering customer warranties
• Confirm approval from HOA’s on shingle color and install before scheduling
• Coordinating build, repair and warranty schedules while maintaining production calendar
• Checking material orders online and physically to track job waste, and material returns
• Inspecting job sites and sub contractors work providing leadership skills and supervision
• Work to prevent damages to homeowners property and ensure job sites are clean
• Scheduling and participating in final walkthroughs to obtain certificates of completion from property owners
• Provide initial and ending client contact with details about the scope of work via company voice IP
• Daily data entry in CRM related to crew notes, material notes, and any receipts
• Creating and maintaining inspection and production forms which follow a company standard for operational success
• Ensuring all projects are to scope of work, adhere to building codes, and guarantee timely completion
• Providing safety and hands-on leadership skills to the work team to optimize productivity, proper use of equipment and materials, and the roofing project’s overall performance.
• Estimating, job cost projections, reviewing/auditing subcontractor invoices, and tracking back charges
• Onboarding new subcontractors and track and maintain subcontractors COI’s, W-9’s, addresses
• Assisting in year-end planning and budgeting
• Generating leads and participating in marketing events to build strong relationships with prospective clients

**Experience:**

Applicants should have prior roofing and constrcution experience, and be able to command a job site to ensure quality results. They must be familair with building codes and various manufacturer installation guideliens. They must capable of adapting to new technologies, have high proficeincy with using computers, and capable of doing math. Applicants who are bilingual in Spanish would be prefered but not required.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
