Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Manager to oversee our collision center operations. The Production Manager will be responsible for ensuring efficient production processes, meeting production targets, and maintaining high-quality standards. This is a full-time position based in our warehouse facility.

Duties:
- Plan, organize, and coordinate production activities to meet production targets and deadlines
- Supervise and train production staff to ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
- Monitor production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production efficiency and minimize downtime
- Manage inventory levels and ensure availability of materials for uninterrupted production
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and other equipment to fabricate and assemble products
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and machinery to ensure proper functioning
- Maintain accurate production records and reports for management review
- Implement and enforce safety regulations and procedures in the production area
- Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in manufacturing

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Production Manager or similar role in a manufacturing environment
- Strong mechanical knowledge and proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick decisions under pressure
- Solid understanding of collision repair operations, inventory management, and quality control processes
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
