Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Personnel Management

  • Manage daily schedules, employee shifts, and time-off requests
  • Run weekly time/attendance reports
  • Monitors timekeeping system for completeness and accuracy of hours work
  • Reporting employees’ Labor and Production weekly
  • Assist in employee safety for OSHA compliance
  • Confidentially handle employee complaints’ and act accordingly to resolve
  • Assist in implementation of personnel policies and procedures
  • Assist in Mid-Year and Yearly reviews
  • Assist in employee training programs and retention processes
  • Pre-screening potential personnel and assist in the interview process
  • Employee training
  • Support BRC certification and implementation
  • Disciplinary action for employees according to company policy
  • Maintains a positive working relationship with employees, agencies and co-workers to promote quality service.

KPI’s

  • Collect data and run O.E.E daily shift reports
  • Collect data and run weekly O.E.E shift reports
  • Run weekly time/attendance reports to obtain necessary data for reporting
  • Ensure packers are performing quality checks as required
  • Set and communicate priorities with production and support teams
  • Assist technicians with personnel assignments
  • Address any personnel issues, performance or otherwise
  • Ensure compliance to Resilux’s safety and conduct policy and procedures
  • Determine staffing requirement based on machine utilization
  • Ensure housekeeping expectations are being met
  • Provide training and development as necessary to operators
  • Drive continuous improvement activities for KPI’s (scrap, productivity, cost etc.)
  • Provide safe and clean work environment for all employees
  • Provide training and development as required
  • Ensure daily goals (scrap, quality etc.) are met
  • Quality assurance for those products run within the department
  • Support the elimination of all discrimination.
  • Be responsible for ensuring a drug-free workplace
  • Ensure strict adherence to our COVID-19 policies
  • Ensure all team members understand and perform respectful shift handoff.
  • This includes cleaning and organizing all areas of operation in the plants, offices, warehouses, grounds, etc.
  • Perform daily GEMBA walks.

  • Organizational skills: filing, retention of written and spoken communication
  • Knowledge of basic office software: email, spreadsheets, word processing, etc.
  • Knowledge of legal employee rights and employer compliance
  • Knowledge of OSHA law and implementation requirements.
