The training team consists of skilled trainers who work together to administer a holistic, blended training program to address the training needs of our clients and our employees. The training program incorporates an integrated training approach to account for different learning styles and system experience levels. Training Specialists conduct instructor-led trainings in classroom settings and remote sessions.
- Conducting user trainings to ensure our clients are confident and knowledgeable in our systems; training delivery methods include the following: Hands-on learning(HOL), On-site training at Mediaocean and at client locations, Webinars
- Working with the documentation team to develop training materials to support and supplement training efforts, including: Reviewing instructional design content, Reviewing content for new application versions, Recording videos and simulated webinars as needed
- Identifying opportunities for improving training course structure, documentation, and delivery
- Delivering training in a way that reflects an understanding of the diversity of learners and groups of learners and that is sensitive to client workflows and training needs
- Monitoring client feedback (NPS scores, survey results, anecdotal, direct feedback from client training contacts) and evaluating to determine the need for adjusting curricula or delivery methods
- Performing required administrative tasks related to training system applications such as maintaining an up-to-date calendar, managing training tickets, and liaising efficiently with training coordinators
- Measuring + Reporting important learning milestones and training attendees to senior leadership, and internal departments
- 1-3 years training or instructional experience
- Prior experience with agency system(s) or enterprise software preferred
- Enthusiasm for public speaking and training, and the ability to present course material in a professional manner
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with mature, professional attitude and appearance
- Strong needs analysis and collaboration skills
- Self-starter with a strong ability to interact positively with inter-and intra-organizational groups and outside customer contacts
- Solid attention to detail and follow-through skills
