We are growing rapidly and are searching for experienced candidates for the position of “Product Quality Specialist.” Please review the list of responsibilities and qualifications to see if you may be a good fit. A Product Quality Specialist at Precision X-Ray will provide support related to internal and external compliance within the assembly plant and daily operations.

· Acts as a Supplier Quality Representative

· Manages Quality Process inputs and outputs independently in an eQMS including, but not limited to creation, management, review, and disposition of NCRs, SCARs, and Complaints

· Works internally with department heads and externally with Suppliers to close quality gaps where they exist.

· Tracks and trends “cost of quality” data

· Participates in cross-functional product quality meetings and investigations as required

· Collaborates with manufacturing and quality personnel as required for continuous improvement of the manufacturing process

· Performs routine quality inspections of the manufacturing process

· Assists in the maintenance of the Approved Supplier Program

· Perform in-process and final inspection activities

Qualifications/Requirements:

· High School Diploma or equivalent

· Degree or certification in Quality field(s) preferred

· Experience with electronic Quality Management software (preferably Arena)

· Experience with Root Cause Analysis and related tools

· Knowledge of basic Inspection activities such as sampling plans and go/no-go tests

· Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment a plus

· Experience with Microsoft suite of products such as Word and Excel

· Must be able to manage time efficiently and effectively with minimal supervision

· Must be able to work independently and make good judgments

· Must communicate effectively across departments

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
