Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Procurement Manager to oversee our company's purchasing activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing goods and services, negotiating with vendors, and ensuring cost-effective procurement processes.
Duties:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies that are innovative, cost-effective, and incorporate best practices.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to determine procurement needs.
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their products and services.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers.
- Monitor supplier performance to ensure compliance with contractual agreements.
- Oversee the procurement team to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Manage inventory levels to optimize working capital.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Procurement Manager or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Category Management principles.
- Proficiency in sourcing strategies, Oracle EBS (Enterprise Business Suite), and materials management.
- Strong understanding of production planning, supply chain management, logistics, and inventory control.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to fabricate mutually beneficial agreements.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
