What we are looking for:

As one of the largest Porsche franchisees in the country, indiGO Auto Group is always looking for Porsche-experienced talent to join us. As part of our recruiting efforts to satisfy our growth trajectory, we are searching for qualified Porsche Parts Managers.

This is a great opportunity to work for an exciting company in a fast-paced environment, in a state-of-the-art facility. The Parts Manager has overall control over the physical parts inventory and profitability of the parts department.

Here is what an ordinary day of work may look like:

  • Supervise the parts department staff to provide the highest level of service to counter, wholesale, and service department customers.
  • Maintain internal controls to prevent shortages and obsolescence. Maintain perpetual inventory checks and annual counts per management guidelines.
  • Develop marketing strategies to increase sales and gross profit using coop advertising funds whenever possible.
  • Approve stock orders and general purchases within management guidelines.
  • Develop goals with the Service Manager for level of service (over 90%) and stock order performance.
  • Assist the accounting office with the collection of past due, COD, and NSF check accounts.
  • Develop pricing matrixes and economic ordering criteria to maximize gross profit without sacrificing sales.

The opportunity is for you if you have:

  • Prior experience as a Porsche Parts Manager or Porsche Parts Counter.
  • Excellent math and verbal skills. These skills may be tested and evaluated.
  • Ability to be insured to operate a motor vehicle and pass pre-employment background checks.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
