A-Team Health and Fitness is seeking a part-time personal trainer. Our mission is to help others create and maintain a healthy relationship with fitness and food while extending lives.
A-Team creates programs to meet our clients’ health goals while providing guidance and accountability. We value compassion, consistency, mindfulness, and education.
A passion for health and fitness is a must! There are many different approaches to health and fitness, so we are looking for someone that can be flexible to each client’s needs to choose the best approach.
To start, this trainer will spend time working 1:1 with A-Team’s Head Coach, Alesha Garcia, to learn client rapport, exercise selection/programming, business acumen, and more.
Once fully trained, this trainer will be taking on clients through A-Team and using A-Team’s private fitness studio, and processes to coach. Coaching includes program writing using A-Team’s platform, in-person coaching, and any nutritional help the client may need.
The compensation split would be 70/30 of all packages, the larger portion going to the trainer who is serving the sessions. We don’t want to make a huge profit off of other trainers, merely expand the business to help more people.
This is not meant to be a full-time job, so this person may only start out at a few hours a week.
