/Duties
Selected candidates must have training and/or coaching experience. Must be willing to learn how to perform a fitness consultation and assessment. Experience designing workout programs for a wide variety of individuals is recommended. This job requires you to be able to relate to a wide array of personalities, be enthusiastic and possess a strong desire to motivate others. It is also important for the candidate to know a variety of progression and regression exercises based off the fundamental movement patterns.
Days/Hours Needed
Between 6 a.m. to midnight Monday through Friday and 7 a.m. to midnight Saturday and Sunday. Must be capable of designing programs and training clients for both half-hour and hour-long sessions as schedule allows during the time periods listed.

Required Qualifications
Must be a current SUNY Cortland student. Candidates must have prior personal training experience and/or hold current certification(s) in Personal Training. Certification in Adult CPR/AED and First Aid is required. If the candidate is not certified, they must be willing to become certified within a short time after hire.

Physical Demands
Must be able to lift up to 45 lbs and demonstrate a wide variety of exercises with proper form.
